Breitling stands apart from other watch brands with its focus on casual, sustainable and inclusive luxury. We are looking for a **Retail Manager Southern Europe** to join our #Squad. In your position, you will report directly to the Retail Director of the area.

**Your main activities**:

- You will be responsible for the management of sales advisors and boutique managers including recruitment, training, planning, motivation
- You will build committed teams, you will evaluate, inspire and motivate
- You will take care of the definition and execution of the brand strategy, implementation of commercial actions according to the calendar defined by the Head Office, you will take part in site visits
- You will demonstrate a 360o global client-centric approach (CRM, events, clientelling)
- You will act as a business partner in presenting key indicators to assist in decision-making. You will propose actions adapted to the brand’s result and strategy. You will take care of the transmission of key information to the management

**Your profile**:

- You have 5 years of retail experience in the luxury or fashion sector, including 3 years as a Director/Manager
- You hold a Master’s degree (graduated from_ Grandes Écoles_)
- You can demonstrate your excellent computer tools skills (Sales Force, SAP, Power BI)
- Proactive and autonomous, you have a sense of priorities and you represent impeccable ethics
- You can put forward your capacity for initiative and analysis
- You are trilingual speaking Spanish, French and English (mandatory). Knowledge of Portuguese will be appreciated
