Cette Startup créée en 2020 est composée de 60 collaborateurs. Ils étaient encore 15 il y a 1 an. Ils ont développé un service de formation e-learning, accessible et conçu par les meilleurs experts pour les professionnels de santé indépendants. Ils sont dans un contexte d’hyper croissance et ont finalisé une belle levée de fonds il y a peu.

DESCRIPTION DU POSTE

En tant que Content Manager, tu dépendras du Head of Demand au sein de l’équipe Marketing. Le contenu est un sujet clé pour le développement de l’activité. Ton rôle sera de renforcer les « gated content » et travailler sur la stratégie de contenu globale.

Pour cela, tes missions seront donc de:
Rédiger et créer du contenu variés (livre blanc, webinar, newsletter, fiche pratique, quizz, bilan de compétences, etc.) dans un but de générer un maximum de leads.

Travailler en direct avec le SEO manager, l’équipe pédagogique pour définir les thèmes, et les rédacteurs en freelance.

Définir la meilleure stratégie (thèmes, fond, forme, supports, etc.).

Mettre en place des Dashboard, définir et analyser les KPIs.

Créer les bons contenus pour nourrir les équipes Acquisition et Partenariats.

Agir comme un chef d’orchestre.

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

Tu es issu(e ) d’une formation Bac+4/5 avec un background marketing. Tu as une certaine séniorité, **tu disposes de 5 ans ou plus d’expérience** sur des fonctions de Content Manager.

Tu es Data Driven, créatif(ve), autonome et curieux(se), tu as toujours un coup d’avance.

Tu maitrises les outils essentiels pour la création de contenus (Indesign, Photoshop, Wordpress, etc.).

A l’aise dans le pilotage et la gestion de projet.

Tu as une vision stratégique du contenu pour la création de leads. Tu es ambitieux(se), tu souhaites gagner en responsabilité et avoir un réel impact sur la stratégie.

Tu as un très bon niveau à l’écrit (grammaire, orthographe).

La connaissance du secteur de la santé n’est pas obligatoire.
