Alstom is recruiting a Global Certification and Authorization (C&A) Metier Manager. A role in which you will have an impact in our three Product Lines, at Tenders, Projects and Programs levels, by developing and maintaining the capacity and competency of the Certification & Authorization discipline. In this highly visible role, you will develop yourself and your career through a mix of great missions, such as the structuration of the C&A activities, operational activities, and transversal management of the discipline.

In addition, you will have a direct contact with our sites around the globe, with frequent travels, to engage our site teams, collect their needs and their return on experience.

This role reports to Alstom’s Standard & Authorization Director, Dominique Morin.

Concretely, in this role, you will be mainly responsible for:

- Structuring and animating the Certification & Authorization Metier network across all product lines worldwide
- Spreading the central instructions and tools to other functions/métiers and sites through trainings material
- Alignining forces and providing support to C&A Operation who is notably in charge of:

- Identifying the projects within the Product Lines having a Certification & Authorization stake
- Providing support to tenders/projects according to their priorities (Project C&A strategy development, including budget and planning) during tender phase and if required during project execution phase until the end of the warranty phase.
- Clarifying the interfaces with other departments and foster collaboration with them
- Developing Alstom leadership in Certification & Authorization (Core Competence Network (CCN)

You will also strongly contribute to the definition of the métier C&A strategic orientations worldwide and the deployment of the C&A roadmap in collaboration with the product line and will support our managers and projects in terms of resources allocations and projects delivery according to our Quality, Cost and Delay targets.

**Profile**:

- Master Degree (Engineering, Physical Sciences, others)
- At least 5 years of experience in engineering projects, and/or in leadership position/line management
