Rattaché(e) à la Retail operations Manager, vous aurez pour missions:
**Mission 1**:Communication interne**- Met en place le plan de communication interne à destination des équipes de vente via Yoobic-
- Assure le suivi et l'analyse des actions de communication à travers des indicateurs de performance - KPI**Mission 2 : Formation**- Rédige les outils de formation du réseau (produits, RSE, autre)-
- Est force de proposition dans la création de nouveaux supports-
- Assure le suivi et l'analyse des formations à travers des indicateurs de performance - KPI**Mission 3 : Excellence Back Office**- Participe à l’amélioration continue des process internes et outils à destination des points de vente-
- Est garant du respect des procédures retail-
- Est support aux équipes de vente-
- Assure le suivi des actions demandées aux équipes retail via Yoobic**Intégrer Sessùn, c’est aussi**:

- Bac +4/5 en école de commerce ou équivalent-
- Une expérience de 2 ans minimum dans le retail ou la coordination retail-
- Vous êtes force de proposition-
- Vous êtes organisé(e) et rigoureux(se)-
- Vous maîtrisez le pack office, Yoobic est un plus-
- Vous avez un bon sens du relationnel et une capacité à travailler en équipe-
