**Job Summary**:
In this role, you will be provided the guidance and training needed to become a new generation HR Specialist. You will be actively involved in the digitalization of administrative HR activities and collaborate with other departments to develop the best ways to streamline and support personnel administration, training, recruitment, and career management. Function/Team: Human Resources

Location: Lyon or Grenoble

Contract Type : Internship (from 6 to 12 months)

**What You Will Do**:

- Gather and analyze HR Administration needs in order to define and implement technological solutions
- Provide technical support in payroll and HR administration activities to be automatized
- Perform analysis on data availability and data quality on our HR Information System
- Support HR function in the recruiting process
- Support HR function in the management and training of current and future reporting systems
- Provide support to the implementation of short-term and mid-term training programs for apprentices according to National and Regional regulations
- Support new hires during Onboarding phase
- Support the implementation of our local intranet space "Resource Library"
- Partner with marketing and support our EDU business in promoting Altair in our internship programs with Italian universities

**What You Will Need**:
**Basics**:

- A Bachelor or a master’s degree in economics / business administration / management / law
- Knowledge of human resources management and HR Information Systems
- Excellent use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Good analytical skills and mathematical mindset
- Problem-solving attitude, good communication and team-working
- Strong passion for: people development, innovation, and /or process re-engineering, organization designing, analytics, technology trends
- Fluent Italian and good English (both written and spoken)
