Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d'un **Contract Manager & Project Deputy Director (F/H)** pour le compte de notre client, acteur du secteur de l'Energie.
**Missions**:
Le Contract Manager est responsable de la gestion et de l administration des problèmes contractuels et des aspects commerciaux tout au long du projet, y compris la gestion des changements, la gestion des réclamations et la gestion des risques. En particulier, le gestionnaire de contrat est responsable de:
- Gérer les relations et les aspects contractuels du livre rouge de la FIDIC
- Surveiller les indicateurs de performance des contrats (KPI)
- Surveiller la conformité aux questions contractuelles
- Négociation des variantes de contrat
- Stratégie de réclamation, notifications et soumissions
- Services administratifs (factures, garanties bancaires, etc.)
Avec le directeur de projet, il est l interface principale avec le client et l ingénieur (IO/CMA) pour tous les aspects économiques et contractuels
Le gestionnaire des contrats relève du directeur de projet et agit également à titre de directeur de projet adjoint en charge des questions commerciales et financières.
- Assurer la continuité de la mission de Contract Management au travers de la passation avec le Contract Manager actuel, en reprenant l administration des Claims, les discussions d Amendement, la production des livrables
- S intégrer dans une équipe et un environnement multi-culturels, en faisant preuve d un haut niveau d intégrité et de conformité dans la réalisation de la mission
- Faire un état d avancement des services réalisés au sein du client
- Proposer des axes d améliorations au sein du client susceptibles de renforcer la performance du Projet TAC2 dans son ensemble
Profil recherché
**Profil**:
- Profil expérimenté fort de 10 ans min d'expérience sur un poste similaire ou à responsabilités
- Gestion des contrats
- Gestion générale et expérience de la gouvernance de projets complexes
- Notions financières et comptables
- Communication écrite et orale : au point, précise, capable de partager clairement les convictions
- Capacité d harmoniser différents intervenants avec des intérêts divergents et de chercher des compromis appropriés
- Maitrise de l'Anglais
- Maitrise du Pack Office
