**Pour accompagner sa croissance, **Treezor recherche un(e)** Platform Engineer (H/F).**

Au sein de l'équipe "Platform Governance" de Treezor, le Platform Engineer joue un rôle stratégique dans la gestion et l'évolution de notre infrastructure cloud sur AWS. L’équipe adopte une approche inspirée des meilleures pratiques des Cloud Centers of Excellence (CCOE), avec pour mission de définir, superviser et optimiser les standards d'architecture, de sécurité et de gouvernance cloud, tout en soutenant l'innovation et la montée à l’échelle de la plateforme.

En intégrant l’équipe Platform Governance, vous aurez l’opportunité d’apporter vos idées et de participer activement à la définition des standards techniques et des services cloud qui soutiendront la croissance de nos services bancaires.

**Vous aurez pour principales missions**:
**DevOps**
- Elaborer des standards techniques pour garantir une infrastructure cloud AWS évolutive, sécurisée et performante, tout en alignant les solutions avec les objectifs métiers.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de développement, sécurité et infrastructure pour proposer des solutions cohérentes, pérennes et adaptées aux besoins de l'entreprise.
- Mettre en place des solutions automatisées et exploitables, réduisant les interventions manuelles et optimisant l'efficacité opérationnelle.
- Assurer une observabilité complète des systèmes, avec des mécanismes d'alerting et de monitoring robustes pour garantir la réactivité et la résilience de la plateforme.
- Diffuser les bonnes pratiques et assurer que votre travail puisse être réutilisé par d'autres membres de l'équipe, contribuant ainsi à l'amélioration continue de l'infrastructure.
- Contribuer à la définition de la roadmap Infrastructure/Réseau, en respectant les priorités et en veillant à la réalisation des projets dans les délais.
- Garantir la disponibilité, la résilience et la performance de l'infrastructure cloud AWS, tout en prenant en charge la montée à l’échelle et en favorisant l'adoption des meilleures pratiques cloud.

**FinOps**
- Intégrer une approche FinOps dans chaque projet pour optimiser les coûts liés à l'infrastructure tout en maintenant des niveaux élevés de performance et de sécurité.

**SecOps**

**Stack technique**:

- **Coding** : Go, Python, PHP, NodeJS, Shell
- **DevOps** : Gitlab, Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation
- **Infrastructure** : AWS Compute (EC2, Lambda, RDS), AWS Serverless (Lambda, StepFunction, API Gateway, Aurora), Proxy
- **Network** : DNS & AWS Route53, Routage, IPSec Gateway,Security : TLS, IAM

**Voici les prérequis pour ce poste**:

- 7+ ans d'expérience significative sur AWS
- Solide expertise des services AWS Organization : capacité à gérer des environnements multi-comptes complexes et à définir des stratégies d'organisation robustes.
- Compétences en scripting (Python, Go, Shell, Node.js, et PHP)
- Expertise en architecture cloud sécurisée
- Réseaux : expertise sur AWS Transit Gateway, routage, DNS (Route53), IPSec Gateway, NAT/PAT, et gestion IPAM
- Infrastructure : connaissance approfondie des solutions Proxy, stockage, et autres composants critiques.
- Expertise dans l’automatisation de l’infrastructure avec une maîtrise de Terraform (AWS Provider) et une bonne connaissance de CloudFormation.
- Expertise dans la réalisation et la mise en œuvre d'architectures d’entreprise robustes, alignées sur les besoins stratégiques de l’organisation
- Capacité à encadrer et à guider les autres membres de l'équipe tout en favorisant leur développement professionnel
- Capacité à allier rigueur technique et besoins stratégiques de l’entreprise,
tout en gardant une vision pragmatique
- Solides compétences en résolution de problèmes
