**Join Lemonway's Operational Excellence Team as an Operational Excellence Analyst**

You will drive operational excellence across Lemonway as an Operational Excellence Analyst. This includes identifying and implementing process improvements, optimizing resources, and ensuring that our operations are aligned with our strategic goals in the paytech and payments industry. You will also play a key role in our continuous improvement initiatives, helping us to identify and eliminate waste and inefficiencies.

This is a highly challenging and rewarding role that will allow you to make a real impact on our business. You will work with a talented team of professionals and have the chance to learn from some of the best minds in the industry.

**Here are some of the critical responsibilities of the Operational Excellence Analyst position**:

- Identify and implement process improvements in a wide range of activities: compliance, KYC, partnerships, new payment methods, geographical expansion, revenue growth action plans, etc.
- Create and document operational playbooks for new key initiatives
- Assist in developing and delivering operational readiness plans for various project launches
- Analyze and escalate bugs and issues raised by customers and internal stakeholders to the appropriate streams and chase through to resolution
- Identify and achieve opportunities for cost and efficiency savings
- Work with internal stakeholders to prioritize business requests across teams
- Optimize resources and study impacts of various processes and talks with our Product and Tech Teams.
- Ensure that operations are aligned with Lemownay’s strategic goals
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities
- Support the Lead Program Manager

**To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in operational excellence or a related field in the fintech industry; experience in a consulting firm is a plus
- Knowledge of Compliance and KYC would be appreciated but not mandatory
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to continuous improvement in the paytech and payments industry
