Job Title: Operational Excellence Specialist

Location: Paris, France

Estimated Salary: €45,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on experience

This role is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-growing company and make a significant impact on our operational excellence. As an Operational Excellence Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the company's day-to-day operations, supervising teams on the ground, planning tasks, managing reservations, coordinating check-ins and check-outs, and resolving operational issues.

You will work closely with internal teams to identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency. You will participate in the implementation of new procedures, tools, and strategies to optimize operations and ensure customer satisfaction.

In addition to your technical skills and experience, we are looking for someone who is organised, able to manage their time effectively, has a strong entrepreneurial spirit, and can learn quickly. Fluency in French is essential, and a good level of English is necessary.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating and managing the company's day-to-day operations
  • Supervising teams on the ground, planning tasks, managing reservations, coordinating check-ins and check-outs, and resolving operational issues
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency, and implementing new procedures, tools, and strategies to optimise operations and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining high-quality standards to ensure a high-quality service for customers, including overseeing the cleaning of accommodation, inspecting compliance with cleanliness standards, and resolving quality issues reported by customers
  • Working with the Director of Operations for France to restructure the operational teams to optimise all processes and find the best structure for our business
  • Managing customer queries and issues, ensuring that they receive prompt and quality support
  • Preparing regular reports on operational performance, key performance indicators, and market trends, and using this data to analyse results, identify potential problems, and propose improvement solutions

Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant field (Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations)
  • Previous experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, and Operations
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit and ability to learn quickly
  • Fluency in French is essential, and a good level of English is necessary
