Rejoignez-nous en tant que Contract Manager.
RATP Sûreté, Business Unit (BU) de RATP GROUP, assure la sécurisation des réseaux transports urbains et interurbains exploités par la RATP. Nos 1300 collaborateurs, dont près de 1000 agents GPSR (Groupe de Protection et de Sécurité des Réseaux), grâce à leur professionnalisme et à leurs prérogatives, veillent à la sécurité des personnes et des biens, protègent les agents de l’entreprise et son patrimoine. Nous concevons, pilotons en temps réel et exerçons la sécurisation des réseaux 24h/24, 365 jours par an.
RATP Sûreté, service interne de sécurité, voit son champ d’intervention évoluer dans les prochaines années, ses activités s’exerceront sur les futures lignes du Grand Paris Express, ainsi que dans le cadre de l’ouverture à la concurrence des réseaux BUS et TRAM.
01. Poste et Missions
- Quel sera votre quotidien ?
- Votre rôle sera de:
- Elaborer les stratégies de négociation dans le cadre de la contractualisation de nos prestations en monopole avec IDFM et avec les OT et les AOT pour les prestations à la demande de RATP Sûreté-
- Assurer les phases de négociation en collaboration avec les équipes juridiques et les départements concernés.-
- Organiser et accompagner la production des éléments (techniques, financiers, métiers...) nécessaires à la contractualisation avec les contributeurs internes-
- Expliciter les contrats passés et accompagner leur prise en main par les opérationnels ;-
- Assurer le suivi de l’exécution des contrats notamment sur la production et le reporting des livrables contractuels ;-

02. Profil recherché
Vous êtes diplômé d'un bac +5 en Ecole de commerce ou Ecole d’Ingénieurs et vous avez acquis 5 à 10 ans années d’expérience dans le domaine des achats et/ou en business développement BtoB / B to Territory,
Une connaissance des secteurs des transports, de la sûreté, ainsi que de l’environnement politique et institutionnel serait appréciée.
Pour relever ces défis, nous recherchons une personne:
- Rigoureuse- Autonome- Ayant un bon relationnel- Ayant la capacité de coopération et posture permettant de fédérer les parties prenantes- Ayant une aptitude à négocier et à argumenter auprès des top management.
