**The ENGIE Foundation, an independent legal entity founded in 1992, is seeking**:
**Its Deputy General Delegate (M/F)**
**position based in Courbevoie (92)**
The ENGIE Foundation focuses its action on 3 major areas:
- Access to energy, biodiversity and climate
- Help to children and youth
- Integration through employment and the fight against precariousness
It also allocates funds to specific emergency situations (COVID, Ukraine, etc.).
Its scope of intervention is worldwide, with a focus on the regions where the ENGIE Group is present.
The ENGIE Foundation has a multi-year endowment (2020-2025). It is administered by a Board of Directors, whose President is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of ENGIE, and whose Vice President is the Executive Vice President in charge of the General Secretariat, Strategy, Communication and Research and Innovation of ENGIE.
Reporting to the General Delegate of the Foundation, **the Deputy General Delegate** is in charge of the Foundation's operations and pilots 2 of the 3 programs, namely "Access to energy, biodiversity and climate" and "Integration through employment and fight against precariousness".
More specifically, the Deputy Managing Director is responsible for setting up, ensuring and improving the operational functioning of the Foundation: he/she ensures the quality of the steering tools (evaluation, impact, reporting, etc.) for the Foundation's projects and actions, ensures the implementation of good practices and participates in stakeholder management. Together with the Managing Director, he is the main contact for ENGIE's Human Resources Department and Corporate Social Responsibility Department, with whom he works in particular to strengthen the commitment of ENGIE's employees in connection with the Foundation's actions.
In addition, for the two programs for which he is responsible, he identifies, selects and leads the projects initiated by the Foundation, structures the annual action program, and ensures that it is carried out while ensuring that the commitments of the various associations/entities supported are respected. He obtains, assembles and coordinates internal and external resources, and leads and motivates the networks thus formed to manage his programs. He also ensures the coordination with the 2 internal NGOs of ENGIE, supported by the Foundation, the FAPE and Energy Assistance. He participates in the external representation of the Foundation and contributes to its national and international influence.
He is also responsible for developing the Foundation's international presence and its representation in the various bodies.
He/she contributes to the strategic reflection concerning the Foundation's actions.
He/she is responsible for the management of a program officer.
**Profile sought**:
ENGIE's Raison d'être is a source of commitment for you. You have a strong sense of general interest and a marked interest in the major movements in society.
You have a higher education degree (Baccalaureate +4/5 years), you have a very good knowledge of the philanthropic world and have** 5 to 10 years experience in a foundation or an NGO** and have acquired, in this context, a solid** international experience.**
You have proven yourself as a manager and have** managed complex projects** and** led various networks** (volunteers, partners, institutions, etc.). You have a good sense of priorities and know how to lead a concerted action and an efficient reporting.
You are** fluent in French and English.** Knowledge of Portuguese and/or Flemish would be appreciated.
