**Job Description**:
As MangoPay is accelerating throughout its growth stage, we’re looking to onboard a mature and well versed information security leader to provision the cyber security practice throughout.

**Key responsibilities**
- Provision and own all aspects of information security for the company, including the communication of cyber security posture, ongoing status and health to C level executives and subcommittees of the board.
- Implement and establish the ISMS framework (inspired by ISO27001)
- Establish the security engineering department. Own and manage the cyber budget.
- Form the SecOps team / SOC including hiring, technology selection, strategic direction and overall vision.
- Augment and refine the cyber-incident response plan, coordinate external and internal response teams and set direction and guidance during critical incidents/breaches.
- Establish a data system for security log storage and data mining (/SIEM)
- Establish a vulnerability management programme.
- Oversee various compliance baselines from an Information security point of view.
- Oversee ISMS audit compliance in multiple regulated jurisdictions.
- Day to day management of Information Security Operations, and Information Security Audit and Compliance.
- Oversee practical cybersecurity and risk reduction as well as meeting compliance mandates on an ongoing basis.
- Coordination with the DPO for GDPR compliance readiness and implementation.
- Present and communicate the cybersecurity posture to internal and external stakeholders.
- Be the go to person for anything Information security related in the company.
- Cultivate the right mindset and security-led behaviors within the organization and the engineering departments.
- Lead the security training / education program.
- Demonstrate out of the box thinking and rapid response to arising issues where time and creativity are of essence.
- Be part of the tech leadership team as we provision the next chapter of growth for Mangopay.
