At Echo Analytics, we work with companies from all over the world. We create, combine, and convert thousands of public and private datasets into meaningful geospatial insights and provide the most accurate commercial Point of Interest (POI) product and mobility insights available in Europe.
Tasks
As a Head of People, you will join our international team with the goal to build the best in class and happiest team for Echo Analytics. You’ll do it by creating a recruiting team targeting exceptional talent and setting up company HR policies and systems.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead, coach, and develop a hiring team focused on finding the best tech and business talents in Paris and remotely.
- Provide guidance and training to Hiring Managers on top notch hiring processes
- Keep up the company morale with organizing events and listening to employee feedback
- Participate in strategic planning and forecasting with the ExCom team to map future hiring needs and develop staffing plans
- Take the ownership of building, maintaining, and improving the hiring machine for Sales & Tech
- Lead and make decisions through data
- Be innovative and test different recruitment strategies to drive the best possible results
- Be a champion and leader of our employer branding initiatives in collaboration with the Marketing Team.
- Work cross-functionally to bring new ideas to the table and continue to fuel the Echo’s growth
**Requirements**:
- 5+ years of experience in a fast-growing company/scale-up in a relevant HR position (Head of People, Chief of Staff, Head of HR).
- HR Generalist - from recruitment to benefits
- Strong business acumen and creativity in approaching problems.
- Love both strategic and operational work.
- Great knowledge of the talent acquisition tactics and willingness to try new approaches.
- Goal-oriented and result-driven.
- Great organization skills.
- Self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset.
- Empathetic and emotionally intelligent.
- Fluency in English and French.
