Notre client basé à Paris recherche un / une Strategic Portfolio Manager expérimentée afin d'intégrer ses équipes.

**Vos missions seront**:

- S’approprier les process, pratiques et outils de gestion actuels du portefeuille de projets et proposer le cas échéant des évolutions apportant de la valeur ;
- Enrichir la vision consolidée du portefeuille de projets en définissant un Dashboard de suivi avec les indicateurs pertinents ;
- Leader la mise en place des nouvelles instances de gouvernance (synchronisation des plans roadmaps tactiques au niveau des managers de l’IT d’une part et avec l’IT et les métiers d’autre part),
- S’approprier les process et méthode définis (peut proposer des améliorations/évolutions) et préparer les supports pour ces instances, en coordonnant tous les contributeurs, et s’assurant qu’ils comprennent ce qui est attendu d’eux et quel est leur rôle dans le process.
- Assurer l’animation des comités de gouvernance stratégiques de revue du portefeuille projets/roadmaps des initiatives, comités internes IT et avec les Stakeholders métiers.
- Synthétiser les outcomes de ces instances de gouvernance et s’assure que les actions/activités identifié(e)s sont bien pris(es) en charge par les contributeurs.
- Contribuer à l’étude d’analyse de l’adéquation de l’outil de Strategic Portfolio Management avec les process de gouvernance et s’assurer d’adapter les process aux bonnes pratiques standard de l’outil.
- Etre le chef de projet de la mise en place de cet outil Stratégique de portefeuille de projet (ServiceNow SPM, en cours d’analyse) et assurer la mise en œuvre des lots suivants de cet outil.
- Faire évoluer l’outil existant (JIRA standard) pour répondre aux besoins de la Gouvernance et des différents départements.
- Co-animer les instances de gouvernance existantes avec le PMO interne, et assurer ses tâches opérationnelles pour assurer un back-up.
- Proposer des bonnes pratiques/méthodologie à la communauté de PMO IT interne MH (4 personnes
