**Who are we? **:Created in 2009, Novelab offers experiences as well as interactive and immersive installations, mainly in the fields of industry, communication and culture. Halfway between a technology start-up and a content creator, Novelab strives to combine technology with quality stories to create immersive and engaging experiences. Novelab develops or produces original projects such as the mobile game Type: Rider or the VR Notes on Blindness & Spheres experiences. For these projects, we have created specific tools and technologies related to interactivity, audio or image.
**Job description**:
Novelab is an innovative technology company specializing in immersive and interactive experiences. Our team of passionate creators and developers combines cutting-edge technology with captivating storytelling to deliver unique virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR) and mixed reality (MR) solutions. We work with clients from various industries, including entertainment, education, and enterprise, to create unforgettable experiences that push the boundaries of imagination.

We are seeking a motivated and talented Business Manager to join our team at Novelab. As a Business Manager, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the sales and business development field within the exciting realm of immersive technology. You will work closely with Executive Producers, learning about our products and services, developing leads, and assisting with the sales process. This opportuniy will provide you with hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-growing industry.

It’s not always easy to summarize what an intrapreneur does at Novelab, but it’s all about operating on 3 main axes:
**Business Development**

The idea is steps by steps to find your own customers, by doing market analysis to identify prospects, contacting them through cold calling, organizing meetings to identify projects on which we could accompany them thanks to our expertise.

**Recruitment and Management of your team of Consultants**

As a manager, you will recruit your own team (find and attract the best talents with the right expertise and skillset), then be there to help them evolve and develop their skills. You’ll oversee the follow-up of the projects and of the satisfaction of your consultants.

**Management of your BU**

You are basically responsible of the well-being of your business unit, and so as in any company, your objective is to handle this responsibly and pilot the activity safely. You will Analyse your Profit & Loss to detect potential business issues to build adequate action plan to optimize Turnover & Contributive Margin[LDE4].

Your goal is to Lead the daily life of your structure and provide the best working conditions for your team.

By joining our offices, you will integrate the team of a Senior Manager, he/she will coach and mentor you on a daily basis, and support you at any time

We are looking for young professionals with an entrepreneurial spirit, who want to push themselves beyond the limit, attracted by challenges, self-starters and highly ambitious:

- Graduated with a master’s degree in Business, engineering, or a related field
- Strong interest in immersive technology, virtual reality (VR), and augmented reality (AR)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
