Dans le cadre d’un remplacement, nous recrutons un Business developement manager (H/F/X) sur le secteur CENTRE / NORD de la France. Votre rôle est de réaliser les objectifs commerciaux qui vous sont fixés dans le respect de la stratégie commerciale de l’entreprise. Vous menez une conquête commerciale afin de développer votre secteur.
**MISSIONS**:
- Soutenir indépendamment et élargir en permanence notre base de clients, après une intégration réussie ;
- Prospecter de nouveaux clients en les invitant avec l’enthousiasme à acquérir nos produits et services de qualité ;
- Élaborer des propositions / offres claires et efficaces pour nos clients potentiels ;
- Organiser des réunions d’équipe et des formations régulières dans votre région ;
- Identifier les bénéfices et comparer les produits / les services de l’entreprise ;
- Coordonner les activités de vente avec les services de marketing, gestion des ventes, comptabilité, logistique équipes de service technique ;
- Participer aux salons professionnels et aux congrès.
**PROFIL**:
- Vous justifiez d'une expérience dans le commerce, au minimum 3 ans dans la vente ;
- Vous êtes diplômé en BAC + 3/5 en Ecole de commerce
- Vous avez des fortes capacités de communication, esprit ouvert, intérêt porté à nos clients et à nos produits ;
- Vous avec une forte capacité de persuasion et de négociation ;
- Vous êtes ambitieux et tenace dans la réalisation de vos propres objectifs et des objectifs imposés ;
- Vous avez la volonté de travailler sur le terrain avec l’hébergement dans des hôtels ;
- Vous avez un niveau courant en français et anglais (parlé et écrit) ;
- Vous avez une bonne connaissance de Microsoft Office et vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils digitaux
- Vous aimez travailler en équipe ;
