**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the development and implementation of solar PV projects in the region, including site selection, permitting, and construction.
- Develop and implement regional business strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with local authorities, stakeholders, and suppliers.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and financing plans.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in solar PV project development and management.
- Strong knowledge of solar PV technology, project development, and regulatory frameworks.
- Experience in managing regional operations, including business development and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Self-starter with a high level of initiative and ability to work independently.
