En reporting direct du Responsable de projets Finance EMEA, l’équipe projects financiers a pour mission de contribuer à l’évolution du core model finance de Louis Vuitton (LV) et au maintien de son savoir auprès de l’ensemble des filiales du périmètre retail dont elle a la charge (35 pays).

L’équipe a notamment pour mission de piloter les projets de la zone, sous le prisme financier, et de jouer un rôle de business partner avec les équipes finance locales en régions / pays, notamment sur les sujets contrôle de gestion et comptabilité.

De par son rôle transverse au sein de la direction financière, et plus généralement de la maison, le Finance Projects Manager travaillera en lien direct avec le top management EMEA.

Dans le cadre de ses fonctions, le Finance Projects Manager interviendra sur deux principaux axes:
**I. Projets**

LV poursuit son évolution omnicanale, impliquant de nombreux changements structurels de son core model finance. Dans ce contexte, le Finance Projects Manager aura pour mission de collaborer, coordonner, contribuer et être un contact finance clé lors du déploiement des principaux projets suivants:

- Nouvelle plateforme digitale LV,
- Implémentation d’un orchestrateur de paiements et stratégie de déploiement de nouveaux moyens de paiements au sein de la zone

En parallèle des projets « maison », le Finance Projects Manager contribuera et coordonnera les principaux projets suivants:

- Digitalisation de la fonction fiscale : facturation électronique, e-reporting, principalement,
- Order-to-cash,
- Sujets “Finance pour finance”, pour les besoins métier des fonctions contrôle de gestion et comptabilité.

Au travers des différents projets, le Finance Projects Manager travaillera en étroite collaboration avec toutes les parties prenantes de la maison : Digital, Retail, Supply Chain, Logistique, DSI, Contrôle interne, Légal, ainsi que le département achats.

Par ailleurs, le Finance Projects Manager aura pour rôle de se positionner en gardien de la compliance avec core model finance, dans le cadre des demandes d’évolutions de flux demandées par le métier.

**II. Amélioration continue**

Dans un contexte d’évolution constante des flux métier, le maintien du savoir-faire finance des équipes est essentiel. Le Finance Projects Manager se positionnera en contact finance clé des équipes comptables et contrôle de gestion.

Le Finance Projects Manager sera fortement impliqué avec les équipes finance locales:

- Compliance comptable et sujets order-to-cash,
- Sujets de clôture,
- Efficacité opérationnelle,
- Assistance opérationnelle et maintien du « savoir finance » sur les sujets de run.

PROFIL

Relations transverses et coopération:

- Internes : équipes locales (zone et pays), Digital, Retail, Supply Chain, Logistique, DSI, Contrôle interne, Légal, ainsi que le département achats.
- Externes : consultants

Niveau de formation : Master - Ecole de commerce, Université, école d’ingénieur

Expérience souhaitée : 5 à 8 ans minimum, avec au moins 3 ans en finance, de préférence dans le secteur du luxe ou du retail

Compétences:

- Solides connaissances comptables et controlling,
- Intérêt fort pour les systèmes d’informations et ses applicatifs métier finance,
- Bon niveau sous SAP
- Vision 360, capacité à appréhender les sujets dans leur globalité, avec de préférence une bonne connaissance des flux métier LV
- Orienté « solution » et « résultats »
- Forte capacité à communiquer et collaborer avec différents niveaux hiérarchiques et/ou fonctions métier
- Agilité et flexibilité,
- Capacités fortes d’analyse et de synthèse, rigueur, pragmatisme et bonne organisation,
- Déplacements ponctuels à prévoir dans les pays de la zone, en fonction des projets

Langues : anglais et français courants. L’italien, l’espagnol ou l’allemand seraient un plus
