Dans un contexte de croissance continue de ses activités, Neoen est à la recherche d'un(e) Project Finance Manager, basé(e) à Paris, afin de renforcer son équipe Financements dans la zone Europe et Amérique du Nord et du Sud.

L’équipe Financements gère l’ensemble des relations bancaires et des financements, au sein de l’équipe, la majorité des collaborateurs se consacre à la mise en place de nos financements de projet ou le cas échéant, de construction.

Le/la Project Finance Manager est responsable de l’analyse de profitabilité et de « bancabilité » des projets, puis de la mise en place du financement d’un projet, depuis sa phase de développement jusqu’à sa construction. Dans l’ensemble de ses missions, il/elle s’appuie sur la collaboration d’un/une « Associate » ou « Analyst » en financement de projet (généralement 1 à 4 ans d’expérience), et se doit de participer activement à sa formation.

1\. Phase de développement du projet
- dans le cadre de la participation de Neoen à des appels d’offre ou du développement de nouveaux projets, supervision et coordination de l’analyse des scénarios de financement, et notamment sondage des marchés de financement locaux, élaboration d’une structure de financement compétitive et optimisation des aspects quantitatifs du projet (avec ou sans le support d’un conseil financier externe en fonction du contexte de chaque projet) ;
- analyses de « bancabilité » et de « sponsorabilité » des nouveaux projets, en amont de leur financement, il/elle intervient en tant qu’expert(e) dans la revue et, si nécessaire, la négociation des principaux contrats de projets (notamment le contrat d'achat d'électricité et les contrats de construction et de maintenance) ainsi que des contreparties s’y rattachant ;
- collaboration avec l’ensemble de l’équipe projet dans la préparation des comités d’investissement internes.

2. Phase de financement du projet
- pilotage de la phase amont du financement à travers la revue du marché, ainsi que structuration et supervision de l’élaboration du modèle financier, avec le cas échéant, l’appui d’un conseil financier externe ;
- analyse et proposition de la structure de financement (y compris stratégies de couverture de taux et/ou change) et du pool bancaire retenus, supervision de la « due diligence » bancaire (sélection des conseils, revue des rapports de due diligence, accompagnement des banques dans leur processus de crédit) ;
- négociation des documents de financement (term sheets, contrats de crédit, accords inter-créanciers etc.) et coordination des phases de closings, en étroite coordination avec nos conseils externes et l'équipe projet interne.

3. Phase de construction et d'exploitation
- soutien, le cas échéant, aux contrôleurs financiers dans la gestion des phases de tirage de la dette (en particulier du premier tirage) et dans la négociation des waivers et amendements complexes ;
- anticipation des opportunités de refinancement pour optimiser la performance financière des projets.

4. Autres missions
- appui à l’équipe développement lorsque nécessaire et pertinent sur des opérations d’acquisition de projets ;
- support des équipes de développement dans l’émission de garanties pour les besoins des projets ;
- pilotage des opérations ponctuelles de cession de projets, dans la cadre de la politique de farm-down du groupe ;
- participation aux travaux de contrôles et à la mise à jour des procédures internes, et occasionnellement à des chantiers organisationnels transverses.
- Diplôme universitaire ou grandes écoles (BAC +5) ;
- Expérience d’au moins 5 ans, en banques d’affaires, ou au sein de utilities ou de développeurs, cabinets de conseils, avec dans tous les cas une spécialisation dans les financements de projets d’infrastructure et/ou de génération d’électricité, une expérience dans le secteur des énergies renouvelables est appréciée mais pas indispensable ;
- Expérience de travail dans un environnement international et maîtrise professionnelle de l’anglais indispensable, maîtrise de l’espagnol, du portugais, du suédois ou du finlandais appréciée ;
- Maitrise d’Excel et de la modélisation financière requis pour ce poste ;
- Maîtrise de la documentation de financement sans recours requise pour ce poste ;
- Connaissance des opérations de cession et acquisition de projets et de la documentation associée et appréciée mais pas indispensable ;
- Excellentes qualités de communication, de gestion de projet et de travail en équipe requises pour agir en tant que partenaire à part entière des équipes développement, achat ou construction dans le cadre du développement et la réalisation de nos projets ;
- Pédagogie et disponibilité auprès de ses collègues et en particulier dans le cadre de la formation des Analysts et Associates de l’équipe ;
