Our 1-year **Graduate program** is designed for talents looking to develop their skillset, meet new people & discover a variety of positions.
Joining our Graduate program means taking part in an innovative career path that will enable you to **discover BIC's businesses **and quickly **move **into **positions of responsibility**.
Within this 1-year Graduate Program you will build experience across **multiple area of our HR function**, taking part in **four 3-month **HR assignments:
**Talent Acquisition**:
- You will implement and execute effective talent acquisition processes and solutions that will attract the right talent for the organization.
- You meet regularly with hiring managers and HRBP to understand hiring needs, set sourcing strategy and identify potential gaps in the process and solve all issues evolving during the hiring process.
- You develop new and innovative sourcing pipelines.
- You will explore the market best practices in recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices.
***Learning and Development**:
- You will be participating in the learning & development strategy: you will support in identifying training needs, draw up and implement training plans with the aim of improving employees' key skills.
- You will be supporting HR and managers in all learning projects and initiatives.
***Total Rewards**:
- You will work closely with the Total Rewards team to support Compensation and Benefits topics for Europe.
- You will also support the administration of the Group Long-term Incentive Plans (LTIP) to meet the needs of the business and support global rewards strategy.
***Generalist HR**:
- You will support the HR Manager in developing and implementing HR plans and strategies to meet overall business needs.
- You will ensure compliance with legal requirements by monitoring and implementing HR regulations.
- You will be identifying and recommending improvements to our operating procedures, linked to employee well-being.
- You will participate in coordinating and establishing strong links with external service providers.
- You will support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
In addition, you will be leading a campus management project throughout the year where you will be responsible for developing school & university partnerships across Europe.
**Qualifications**:
- You have a master's degree in human resources
- You have strong accuracy in data analysis & interpretation, experience with Excel is a must
- You are comfortable working with cross-functional teams
- You have multi-cultural awareness and sensitivity, ability to adapt to other cultures & build effective working relationships with stakeholders worldwide
- You are customer focus: continuous review and improvement in efficiency, organization and services offered
- You are fluent in English
- High level of personal organization, attention to detail and multitasking required.
