**Description**:
**Notre client, la société BATIBIG regroupe 10 Associés, 25 entreprises, 465 collaborateurs qui réalisent 90 000 interventions de maintenance par an auprès de plus de 6 000 gestionnaires d’immeubles.**

Depuis 2005, date à laquelle Charles et Justin Bignon se sont lancés dans l’aventure en reprenant l’entreprise CHAPEAU, la croissance de BATIBIG est le reflet de la qualité du service proposé et de l’élargissement de l’offre technique.

En 18 ans BATIBIG est devenu LE build up leader dans le secteur de la rénovation des bâtiments.

BATIBIG c’est aujourd’hui pas moins de 30 entrepreneurs associés et sous LBO avec deux fonds d’investissement au capital pour accompagner la très forte croissance (Taux de croissance > à 30% depuis 18 ans).

BATIBIG recrute des jeunes diplômés ou stagiaires de fin d’étude qui veulent intégrer le Graduate Program.

Créé il y a 2 ans, ce parcours intrapreneurial a déjà formé une quinzaine de jeunes diplômés.

Chaque participant qui rejoint l’aventure est formé et mentoré par un Directeur associé : il devient son bras droit et intervient dès le jour 1 sur la gestion opérationnelle des affaires en assurant le pilotage de la rentabilité de son département.

Très rapidement vous managez une équipe de 5 à 15 personnes et vous devez assurer le bon déroulement des opérations : vous êtes la clé de voûte entre les techniciens sur le terrain et les clients.

Après 6 à 12 mois de formation vous devenez Directeur de business unit H/F.

**Apprentissage de la fonction de directeur de business unit, pilotage et développement d’un département et management RH sont les piliers de cette aventure.**

**Exigences**:
Et vous ?
- Diplômé du programme grande école de commerce ou d’ingénieur immédiatement.
- Vous souhaitez diriger une entreprise mais ne savez pas comment vous y prendre.
- Vos qualités : volonté d’entreprendre, capacité de travail, partage et rigueur.
- Volontaire
- Capacité à gérer le stress, à gérer des situations conflictuelles
- Fibre RH : capacité à embarquer les personnes, une équipe
