Want to join a fast-moving company and work among convivial teams? Pernod Ricard is looking for its next Human Resources Business Analyst starting in July 2023. You will be based at The Island, our office in central Paris.
- Workday has been chosen as the main solution to power the HR strategy all around the world, putting the employee at the center. It has been launched in March 2019 and is covering Core HR, Recruitment, Talent & Performance, Compensation & Advanced Compensation. While continuing developing the platform, we have decided to equip HR controlling (HR structure costs budgeting and forecasting), implementing Adaptive Planning to manage our budget / estimates process.
Your key missions:
- As HR Business controller intern, you will assist the Group Workforce Planning Manager-
- For monthly reporting, budget and estimates processes, ensure quality of the financial Payroll & Benefit (P&B) data in Adaptive Planning and ensure consistency with Workday (Group HRIS) and Polaris (Group EPM - Tagetik)-
- You will ensure respect of procedures and Group guidelines-
- You will perform quality check to ensure accuracy of P&B figures in Adaptive Planning ; and perform reconciliation between Adaptive Planning and Polaris-
- You will consolidate data at Group level-
Perform P&B analysis-
- You will collect affiliates P&B analysis comments and prepare a synthesis for Group HR / Finance Team for monthly reporting, budget and estimates processes-
Participate to Adaptive project phase (new developments)-
- You will participate to project meetings-
