Rôles et responsabilités
**Votre rôle**:
Rattaché(e) au Directeur Général Adjoint, vous supervisez la performance des opérations en veillant au suivi des objectifs de vos équipes et au bon fonctionnement des cellules opérationnelles.
**Vos Missions**:
- Vous assurez au quotidien la gestion des opérations de la Flotte ;
- Vous êtes le relais du Directeur Général Adjoint pour la résolution des problèmes opérationnels afin d’assurer la disponibilité commerciale de la Flotte ;
- Vous managez les équipes opérationnelles organisées en cellule (équipes autonomes en charge d’une flotte de 34 navires) ;
Profil
Doté d’une expérience managériale confirmée où vous avez fait largement vos preuves en management d’équipe et en gestion de problématiques complexes, vous avez une bonne connaissance des services maritimes à l’offshore, et notamment en matière de réglementation maritime internationale (ISM/ISPS/SOLAS/MARPOL/MLC/STCW)
Votre sens de l'organisation vous permet d'atteindre vos objectifs, dans des contextes de travail soumis à la pression.
Vous maîtrisez les outils informatiques tels que le Pack Office et les outils de gestion de projets.
Vous avez l'habitude d'interagir en anglais, aussi bien à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
