The demands on our hotel are high, as far as the technical facilities and the quality of the hotel are concerned. In order to maintain this standard, we are looking for a technically skilled caretaker who would like to take over all tasks for the care and maintenance of our hotels (your job will be split at 50% in Moxy Paris Charles de Gaulle and 50% in Moxy Paris Val d'Europe).
What we expect from you
- Training in handicrafts or in industry
- Load capacity
- Technical and manual understanding
- Control and monitoring of ventilation and heating systems
- Execution of the weekly sprinkler test
- Operation of the MSR
- Implementation of small repairs, small painting work and maintenance work
- Control of manual work and handicrafts during commissioned work
- Reading meter readings

En ce qui concerne les installations techniques et la condition de l'hôtel, les exigences pour notre hôtel sont élevées. Afin de maintenir cette norme, nous recherchons un technicien qualifié qui souhaiterait prendre en charge toutes les tâches d'entretien et de maintenance de nos hôtels (votre travail sera réparti à 50% au Moxy Paris Charles de Gaulle et 50% au Moxy Paris Val d'Europe).

- Formation artisanale ou industrielle

- Compréhension technique et manuelle
- Contrôle et surveillance des systèmes de ventilation et de chauffage
- Exécution du test du système de sprinklage hebdomadaire
- Contrôle des systèmes informatiques
- Réalisation de petites réparations, petits travaux de peinture et travaux d'entretien
- Contrôle des travaux manuels et artisanaux lors de commande via des intervenants
- Lecture des relevés de compteurs
