En quelques années, notre client est devenu l’un des leaders mondiaux de la connectivité cellulaire pour l’Internet des Objets. La société consolide en parallèle sa position de premier MVNE européen (société offrant des solutions complètes aux MVNOs ou Mobile Virtual Network Operators). Elle fait désormais partie d’un Groupe mondial, opérateur télécom mondial. La société allie donc les avantages d’une PME innovante dans les hautes technologies et la puissance d’un groupe mondial.
**Rôle / Responsabilités**
Au sein de l’organisation Produit Projet et Marketing (PPM) qui regroupe les départements : IoT avec les activités Connected vehicles & Industriel IoT et le département MVNx avec les activités clients MVNO en mode Agrégateur (MVNA) et Enabler (MVNE), nous recherchons un Responsable de Projet confirmé et responsable d’équipe qui sera amené à piloter des projets de connectivités cellulaires ambitieux et au périmètre vaste et pluridisciplinaire (du monde standardisé au sur-mesure pour les plus grands clients) et à prendre la tête de l’équipe des chefs de projet.
Au titre de Chef de Projet vous serez le responsable opérationnel des projets et les conduirez de bout en bout:
- Pilotage du déploiement de la solution de connectivité pour les clients IoT ou MVNx et participation à la mise en œuvre de nouveaux services autour de la data, de l’eSIM, de la sécurité, de la VoLTE/VoWiFi et des services internes innovants du Groupe.
- Collaboration étroite avec les équipes commerciales, les responsables de R&D, les chefs de produits et la direction technique afin d’assurer les livrables projets
- Appuie des équipes marketing pour construire des offres techniques innovantes.
Doué d’un fort leadership, d’une forte capacité de pilotage et d’animation transversale, vous encadrerez l’équipe projet (ressources internes et/ou externes) et en assurez la performance en appliquant les méthodologies de management des projets inspirées des meilleurs pratiques type PMI/PMP, Prince 2 etc.
Vos missions principales sont:
Conduite et supervision des projets
Gestion des engagements / Relation client
- Contribuer aux process d’amélioration continue autour des méthodologies et livrables projets.
- Contribuer à la stratégie et à l’évolution des offres de services en relation avec votre activité.
- Surveiller et concrétiser toutes les opportunités de business complémentaires associées au périmètre du portefeuille de contrats en responsabilité.
Encadrement de l’équipe des chefs de projet
- Définir et piloter la stratégie de l’équipe des chefs de projet
- Animer l’équipe des chefs de projet, en soutenant les membre de l’équipe via le partage de vos expériences, méthodes et bonnes pratiques.
- Evaluer la performance des chefs de projets via l’établissement et le suivi d’objectifs individuels et d’équipe
- Prendre part aux potentiels recrutements de nouveaux profils pour renforcer l’équipe en cas de besoin
- Participer aux points managériaux pour représenter l’équipe des chefs de projet auprès des top manager
De formation minimum Bac+5 en Télécommunications ou Informatique, vous justifiez de 7 ans d’expérience dont au moins 3 ans en Gestion de Projets Techniques Informatiques Industriels/Telecoms ou dans l’intégration de solutions matérielles et logicielles. Vous avez au moins une expérience dans le management direct d’une équipe.

Ainsi que les compétences suivantes:
- Expertise avérée dans les domaines de la gestion de projet, des réseaux, des services IT, de la sécurité des SI
- Bonnes connaissances dans les domaines IoT, du Mobile et des technologies associées
- La certification PMI/PMP ou la formation PMP est un plus
- Maîtrise de l’anglais aussi bien à l’oral qu’à l’écrit impérative
- Expérience du management d’équipe
