**Airbus Helicopters **is looking for a **Component MRO Key Account Contract Manager **(f/m) **to join our Component MRO Department based in **Marignane, France.**

You will be part of a team developing Part by the Hour Service Solutions. As part of the Component Repair Business Team, you will be involved in the development and execution of component repair service activities aiming at customer satisfaction and financial stability.

**Your challenges**:

- Responsibility for a portfolio of component repair key accounts in close collaboration with the internal stakeholders (internal departments, Regions...)
- Creation and validation of a PbH Strategy for these customers to increase customer intimacy and service level and develop additional business
- To set up and manage by the hour and time & material offers & contracts with E2E responsibility and accountability, establishing close customer proximity
- To manage & drumbeat all key actions with stakeholders involved to support profitable & sustainable business while ensuring customer satisfaction
- To secure & develop a sustainable relationship with the Customer/End-user & the Contracting Authority
- Ensure achievement of the operational and financial targets

**Main activities**:

- Act as the focal point of the Customer (End-user & Contract Authority) for Smart and T&M contractual deliverables; support Logistics and Sales directorates for any matter related to Support & Services contractual issues (incl. contractual negotiation),
- Liaise with all stakeholders (Sales Manager, Logistics, Customer Centers, Network, Repair Administration, Finance...) to ensure contractual performance,
- Prepare and implement contractual changes: amendments, changes, renewal ,
- Define and monitor contractual key performance indicators, to track contract situation, to define and supervise recovery actions plans if needed, provide a robust PbH /T&M strategy for each contract
- Challenge & monitor costs (including risks & opportunities), propose evolution to the commercial policy,
- Manage contract financial commitments: ensure achievements of turnover, margin, WOC, Cash targets as Profit & Loss Holder, or by delegation including risk & opportunities,
- Contribute to the preparation and follow-up of the operational plan.

- Negotiation level in English mandatory,
- Knowledge / experience of Support & service and Sales activities
