Au sein des ateliers Prototypes du 34 Louvre et sous la responsabilité du Flow manager Leader, vous avez pour objectif de piloter la capacité globale de maquettage Maroquinerie en amont des Showroom (tous ateliers internes et externes).

Vos missions principales sont les suivantes:
**Gestion de la Capacité**
- Centraliser et piloter la capacité dédiée de l’ensemble du panel maquettage (internes LV et externes)
- Piloter la capacité en accord avec les enjeux Maison (collections Défilé, etc )

**Planification**
- S’assurer de l’utilisation optimale de la capacité allouée (collaboration avec les Coordinateurs Style et équipes Marketing Produit)

**Atelier 34 L**
- Assurer le suivi du planning de l’Atelier du 34 Louvre
- Affecter les projets aux équipes
- Suivre les livraisons OTIF des ateliers de maquettage.

**Suivi performance**
- Suivi de la performance des nos ateliers

Pour ce poste, vous êtes en lien permanent avec l’ensemble des équipes de l’Atelier 34 Louvre, les modélistes prototypistes, les coordinateurs style, les ateliers de maquettage internes, les équipes Design, Marketing.

Vous interagissez également avec les sous-traitants maquettage

PROFIL

Etudiant en école de commerce, d’ingénieur ou équivalent.

Vous disposez d’une première expérience en gestion de projet ou en planification (stage et/ou alternance).

Vous avez une certaine connaissance des produits Mode, Maroquinerie ou Accessoires.

Reconnu pour votre bon relationnel et votre fort esprit d’équipe, vous savez interagir avec des interlocuteurs très variés que vous savez écouter, accompagner et convaincre si besoin.

Vous parlez couramment anglais ; l’Italien un plus.
