**Descrizione del posto**:
Come pârte della nostra espansione stiamo cercando un project manager (M/F) dinamico ed esperto da inserire nel nostro dipartimento costruzioni. Il Project Manager è responsabile del coordinamento e della supervisione delle attività in cantiere, garantendo il rispetto degli standard di qualità, sicurezza, costi e scadenze. Assicura la comunicazione tra le varie parti interessate (clienti, squadre di cantiere, fornitori, etc.) per garantire la corretta esecuzione del lavoro.

**Responsabilità chiave**:

- Pianificare e organizzare il lavoro in base agli obiettivi definiti, alle scadenze e alle risorse disponibili.
- Coordinare i team di lavoro in cantiere, compresi subappaltatori e fornitori, garantendo il mantenimento di un elevato livello di produttività e sicurezza.
- Supervisionare l’avanzamento dei lavori garantendo il rispetto degli standard qualitativi e delle normative vegenti.
- Garantire la gestione amministrativa del sito, compresa la stesura di relazioni sullo stato di avanzamento, di monitoraggio del budget e qualsiasi altro documento necessario.
- Comunicare in modo efficace con clienti, architetti, ingegneri e tutte le parti interessate, rispondendo alle loro richieste e fornendo aggiornamenti regolari sullo stato di avanzamento dei lavori.
- Garantire il rispetto delle norme di sicurezza in cantiere attuando misure preventive e garantendo il rispetto delle norme di sicurezza.

**Competenze e qualifiche richieste**:

- Laurea specialistica in ingegneria civile o architettura.
- Esperienza professionale approfondita nella gestione di progetti di costruzione, preferibilmente nel settore del lusso.
- Solide capacità di gestione del progetto, inclusa la pianificazione, l’organizzazione e il coordinamento delle risorse.
- Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione per garantire un’efficace collaborazione tra le diverse parti interessatedel progetto.
- Buona conoscenza delle norme e delle normative di sicurezza vigenti nel settore dell’edilizia e dei lavori pubblici.
- Capacità di risolvere rapidamente i problemi e prendere decisioni efficaci in tempo reale.
- Padronanza degli strumenti informatici e dei software di gestione progetti e disegno (AutoCad, Pack Office )
- Conoscenza del francese e/o inglese obbligatoria.
