AXA Partners GSC (Global Security Center) is not only looking for a good technical background but first and foremost an individual that will be able to join an existing added value group of reliable members.

In this role you will have to:

- Ensure a good level of service delivery, consistency, continuous improvement
- Ensure sufficient team capacity to deliver the service globally
- Ensure trainings for the squad members to reach strong consistency of deliverables
- Ensure sufficient automation of the service offer (i.e. drive the design and deployment of the service workflow, drive the design and deployment of task management integration on the backend,)
- Collaborate with and support the Group Security Practice. Interactions with AXA Partners CSO, presence, quality and effectiveness of processes and controls
- Implement continuous process and activities improvement (i.e. good practices, reporting, problem resolution) to ensure quality and relevance of information security services
- Team Management : coordinate a virtual squad of security experts to deliver services within the scope
- Business, Communication and Marketing around GSC Security Catalogue
- Ensure formalization of the service offer (service ID card, process, user guides, best practices)
- Ensure sufficient awareness of stakeholders regarding the service
- Support the deployment of Security Catalogue of Global Security Center globally
- Consistent reporting & tracking activities
- Ensure production of relevant KPIs and KRIs
- Track all requests and regularly report requests status and updates. Manage all potential escalations related to the service

**Your Profile**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, management information systems, information security or related field is a plus.
- ISACA, SANS/GIAC or CISSP certifications preferred. Relevant vendor-based certification is a plus.
- At least 5 years of experience acting as Security Officer, Risk Manager, Security Consultant in an international context.
- Strong knowledge of risks and risk mitigation strategies.
- Ability to deliver work with minimum supervision and effectively operate in a dynamic global organization.
- Information security awareness training experience.
- Knowledge of laws, regulations and standards that govern information security practices and frameworks such as ISO, NIST, SANS CSC, LPM, NY DFS etc is a plus.
- Fluent in English (additional language could be an asset)
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks with shifting deadlines and priorities under limited supervision.
- Demonstrated ability to interact effectively, internally and externally with all levels across the company including executive management (ability to translate IT and IS risk into business risk)
