**Description du poste et des missions**:
**FINALITE DE LA FONCTION**

Être le garant scientifique et médical au niveau national sur la pathologie et les produits Takeda en charge, en interne comme en externe. Elaborer la stratégie médicale des produits et contribuer à la pertinence scientifique de la communication de l'entreprise sur les produits en oncologie/hématologie, en veillant au respect du bon usage du médicament dans le respect des règles en vigueur. Développer des relations de haut niveau avec les stakeholders du domaine.

**MISSIONS PRINCIPALES**
- Contribuer à l’élaboration de la stratégie médicale des produits en onco-hématologie de la filiale et définir puis mettre en œuvre le plan médical des produits ;
- Contribuer à la définition des axes de développement clinique pour maximiser le potentiel thérapeutique des produits pour les patients. Contribuer à la stratégie d’enregistrement des produits, en lien avec les fonctions globales ;
- Impliquer et être la voix de la filiale France dans les plans de développement internationaux. Participation aux groupes produits médicaux internationaux et faciliter la mise en œuvre des études cliniques/ RWE en France : identification de l’investigateur principal, des centres experts, faisabilité, suivi des inclusions en lien avec les équipes Global, les CROs et l’équipe MSL; Gérer les nouveaux dispositifs d’accès précoces / compassionnels et être l’interface avec la CRO et les centres.
- Proposer les axes de communication scientifique, définir et exécuter les opérations de medical education adaptées ainsi que les Ad Boards permettant d’exécuter la stratégie médicale du /des produits. Collaborer étroitement avec les MSLs pour l’exécution des opérations ; Gérer le process de déclaration des experts selon les procédures en vigueur de Takeda
- Développer, en lien avec les équipes internationales, les supports et outils, y compris digitaux, permettant un diffusion efficace des données principales de son/ ses produits et s’assurer de la maitrise scientifique et des réponses aux objections par les équipes terrain et siège.
- Collaborer étroitement de façon cross-fonctionnelle pour la création et la mise en œuvre du Brand Plan annuel de son / ses produits et garantir le respect de la stratégie de développement et de promotion des produits en contrôlant les messages scientifiques des campagnes promotionnelles ;
- Créer et développer un tissu de relations scientifiques avec les experts et les sociétés savantes de la spécialité (boards internationaux, nationaux, régionaux, etc) ;
- Contribuer à a veille scientifique sur les nouveaux produits / concurrents dans son aire thérapeutique et analyser les évolutions des pratiques / guidelines, analyse et partage avec les équipes médicales et cross-fonctionnelles.Participer à la préparation des dossiers de transparence et médico-économiques ; Contribuer au plan d’action stakeholders pour l’accès.
- Participer à la formation des collaborateurs aux produits ainsi qu’à l’environnement, la pathologie et la maitrise des données des produits et de leurs concurrents.
- Partager les meilleures pratiques en interne au niveau français et international afin de contribuer à l’amélioration des process ou de la stratégie.

**PROFIL**
- Être titulaire d’un diplôme ou d’une formation attestant d’un haut niveau de compétences médicales ou scientifiques : PhD dans un domaine scientifique ou médical, Pharmacien ou Médecin.
