Key responsibilities of the role:
Customer:
- Be the primary point and contact and responsible for keeping current clients satisfied while delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
- Build up strategic and durable partnerships with our key customers in the region
- Development of ADI business at all regional customers in France
- Understand and anticipate customer´s requirements, and their short-, mid
- and long-term objectives and challenges
- Leverage on ADI’s solutions value basing on customer’s needs, positioning our products, and generating new upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Identify and develop t of new business opportunities for ADI bringing them to win
- Identity new customers and startups of interest
Distributor:
- Develop key relationships within Distribution partners
- Execute the team strategy to increase ADI market share and share of mind within Distribution Corporations
- Support major business opportunities and attend regular business reviews
- Identify competition´s behavior and market trends with the Distributor Corporations
Analog Devices:
- Be a pro-active member of the Sales Team and build a strong internal network within ADI
- Effectively articulate and communicate customer needs back into the organization
- Visit customers on a regular basis, attend trade shows and other industry events to capitalize on networking and relationship-building opportunities
- Co-operate with the Sales Team analyzing sales KPIs, trends, growth/lost business, upsell/cross-sell opportunities and providing actionable recommendations for improvements
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or an equivalent professional qualification
- 3 to 5 years sales experience demonstrating success to date with strong selling, negotiating and business planning skills
- Experience in the semiconductor market and having an understanding of customer´s solution approach
- Experience in technology sales and working with distribution partners
- Highly motivated, energetic and positive attitude required
- Team player and ability to adapt to changing situations
- Self-motivating and taking initiative
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Proficiency in Spanish and English language
- Willingness to travel, valid driving license and passport
