Key Account Manager for Consumer and Digital Healthcare

Reports To: Regional Sales Manager

Location: Remote or Office Based

Overview

The Key Account Manager plays a pivotal role within the Consumer and Digital Healthcare sectors, serving as the primary liaison for key clients in the designated region. This position is integral to fostering and managing customer-focused interactions, ensuring engagement from initial contact through to executive discussions. Collaborating closely with the Field Applications team and the Consumer and DHC Business Units, the KAM is responsible for nurturing the account relationship, aiming to enhance partnership engagement and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and target strategic customers with high growth potential within the account portfolio.
  • Gain insights into the Consumer and DHC markets to inform strategy.
  • Establish and cultivate executive-level relationships with key accounts, positioning as a trusted advisor.
  • Act as the primary interface between all relevant stakeholders at the account and within the organization.
  • Recognize opportunities and develop comprehensive account strategies for revenue enhancement.
  • Accountable for meeting annual business targets, including revenue and design win metrics.
  • Lead annual pricing negotiations, providing strategic insights to secure projects.
  • Ensure compliance with internal reporting standards and maintain updated opportunity tracking.
  • Manage Quality and Logistics requirements in collaboration with partners.
  • Exhibit persistence in overcoming challenges to deliver solutions and seize opportunities.
  • Demonstrate a high level of technical knowledge and the ability to convey solution value effectively.
  • Stay informed about market trends and customer interactions to influence product development.
  • Display a thorough understanding of company processes, standards, and product strategy.
  • Engage in customer site visits alongside Technical Team and Business Unit staff for in-depth discussions and technology demonstrations.
  • Model professional behavior and mentor others in effective presentation skills.

Qualifications

A degree or equivalent in Electrical/Electronic Engineering is preferred.

  • Familiarity with Consumer and Digital Healthcare markets is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities, complemented by excellent verbal communication skills.
  • A collaborative team player who values social interaction.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • A blend of curiosity, creativity, and a passion for technology.
  • Proficiency in French and English is preferred.
