Ici nous sommes au milieu de l’eau, sur une barge, au pied de la tour Eiffel

On y travaille une **cuisine française** et décomplexée, accès sur le partage et les produits **100% français**. On y fait vivre l'art de vivre à la française tant par la dégustation des plats que par un service de qualité.

Ce qui anime ce lieu, **3** **étages** pour **3** **ambiances** différentes:

- 1 : Dans la cale du bateau, « **La cave de Francette** », comme son nom l’indique, entourée de 3000 bouteilles, avec au centre, **La Table du Chef.fe** (10 couverts). Menu **gastronomique** élaboré par notre Cheffe **Marie Pacotte **(diplômé de l’école **Ferrandi**, et parcours dans des restaurants étoilés).

0 : Au bord de l’eau : « **Chez Francette** » pour une ambiance cosy et chaleureuse.

+1 : « **Le Penthouse de Francette** » pour une ambiance conviviale et festive, une grande terrasse de 250m2, avec probablement **la plus belle vue de Paris**. Sous un toit en verre avec vue sur la Tour Eiffel, un bar/comptoir (50 couverts intérieur et 100 en extérieur).

**Francette** est à la recherche d’un.e **Manager** pour rejoindre notre team salle.

**Tes Missions**:

- Accueillir la clientèle en proposant nos différentes offres, les renseigner et leur faire vivre une expérience unique
- Animer et superviser les équipes pendant le service
- Réaliser le bon approvisionnement et la gestion des stocks.
- Mettre en place la gestion RH opérationnelle : recrutement, formation, plannings, objectifs, temps de travail, entretiens annuels, etc.
- Veiller au bon esprit d'équipe au sein du restaurant
- Suivre les indicateurs clés du restaurant et mettre en œuvre les actions correctrices si nécessaire (Gestions des réservation, masse salarial)
