Afin d’accompagner notre forte croissance, nous recherchons un:
Sales Engineer H/F

En tant que Sales Engineer, vous développez le portefeuille client de l’entreprise, faites la promotion et pérennisez les prestations chez les clients sous contrats.

Vous aurez comme missions:
Présenter l'activité de l'entreprise à client ou prospect
- Présenter les services dont celui-ci pourrait bénéficier
- Promouvoir les nouveaux produits à destination des clients privés ou publics
- Communiquer toutes les informations sur les produits de l'entreprise (tarifs, nouvelles versions )
- Participer aux actions de communication (salons professionnels

Découverte Client
- Analyser les besoins standards des clients/prospects et les conseiller en définissant les solutions les mieux adaptées à leurs attentes

Prospection
- Comprendre l’organisation des prospects et leurs enjeux métier
- Identifier les interlocuteurs concernés
- Détecter et qualifier les opportunités
- Convaincre de la pertinence des solutions du Groupe

Base de données commerciale
- Mettre à jour les bases de données clients de l'entreprise
- De manière générale, créer le lien entre les commerciaux, la Direction Commerciale et la production

Appels d’offres
- Assurer le traitement administratif des appels d'offre

Support et administration
- Créer, mettre à jour des supports et documents divers
- Réaliser les devis sur l’ensemble des produits du périmètre d’activité
- Assurer le traitement administratif relatif au service commercial
- Réaliser un reporting régulier de son activité

Communication interne
- Donner toutes les informations utiles au service administratif pour l'établissement des factures et participer si besoin au recouvrement

Profil

De formation initiale BAC+3 en commerce, vous justifiez d’une expérience significative (5ans min) dans la vente de logiciel B2B, auprès de clients publics et privés.

Vous avez idéalement acquis de l’expérience dans l’édition de logiciel de santé.

La connaissance du fonctionnement des laboratoires de biologie est un prérequis et la connaissance d’une de nos solutions de biologie (KaliSil, KaliLab, Hexalis ) ou d’un SIL est un plus non négligeable.

Vous êtes à même de mener une négociation en contexte B2B (auprès de DSI, d’acheteurs, de membres de la Direction) et êtes capable de déclencher des rendez-vous, de développer et d’animer un réseau de contacts.

Vous êtes pugnace, pro-actif, pédagogue et avez un bon relationnel.

Vous êtes à l’aise en anglais.

S’agissant d’un poste terrain, des déplacements fréquents sur la France sont à prévoir. Un véhicule de fonction est prévu à cet effet.
