**Résumé**:

Ce poste implique de fréquents déplacements dans le sud-est de la France, à raison d'au moins 60 % du temps de travail.
**Description détaillée**:
Sous la responsabilité directe du Responsable d’équipe applicative, vous serez chargé(e) de:

- Mettre en place les moyens pour répondre aux objectifs de l’entreprise en termes de qualité, délai, coût pour les produits et services vendus.
- Effectuer les formations de nos clients sur les logiciels et produits HEXAGON.
- Prendre en charge le support téléphonique client (hotline), suivre et résoudre les non-conformités techniques.
- Assister les équipes commerciales dans notre stratégie commerciale, préparation et démonstrations sur les machines de notre portfolio.
- Promouvoir les contrats SMA et options logiciels auprès des clients.
- Participer activement aux projets Clefs en mains de l’analyse du besoin, à la livraison des prestations associées aux projets (programmation, montage de contrôle,).
- Analyser les Cahier des Charges (CdC) des clients, support du service Vente en vue d’une offre commerciale.
- Maintenir un lien technique avec les product lines (usines).
- Participer à la traduction du logiciel et de la documentation de l’anglais au français.
- S’appliquer à connaitre et maitriser toutes les technologies du portefolio (autoformation, formations en usine, échanges internes ).
- Prendre part aux salons, journées techniques et portes ouvertes.
- Être le représentant, garant de la marque HEXAGON chez nos clients.

**Qualifications requises**:

- Être titulaire d’une formation supérieure type Bac+2 ou Bac+3 au minimum, idéalement avec une spécialisation métrologie.
- Avoir au moins 3 ans d’expérience sur un poste similaire idéalement dans un secteur en lien avec notre domaine d’activité.
- Maîtriser le pack office.
- Avoir un bon niveau d’anglais (B2 minimum) permettant la lecture de documents techniques (notices logiciels, courriers internes ), la rédaction de rapports, de courriers ou de notices d’utilisation et assurer des échanges téléphoniques.
- Être titulaire du permis B.
- Maîtriser l’utilisation des logiciels internes nécessaires à l’activité.
- Avoir de solides connaissances en programmation informatique ainsi qu’en systèmes grand public.
