**En tant que Contract Manager chez Abylsen, vous aurez la chance de**:
- Rédiger des contrats de prestations intellectuelles et contribuer activement à la stratégie commerciale de nos projets.
- Négocier et rédiger des contrats variés, tout en garantissant la conformité aux réglementations en vigueur.
- Préparer des courriers et des notifications contractuelles tout en fournissant un support juridique essentiel.
- Analyser les éléments de dossier et rédiger des notes de synthèse pour une gestion efficace des contrats.
- Gérer les sinistres et mettre en place des processus efficaces pour résoudre les litiges.
- Assurer une coordination efficace entre les différents acteurs du projet pour garantir la fluidité des opérations.

**Profil recherché**:
*** Profil Recherché**
**Pour exceller dans ce rôle, vous devrez posséder**:
- Une expérience significative en tant que Contract Manager, de préférence dans un environnement ferroviaire.
- Des compétences de rédaction et de négociation de contrats de haut niveau.
- Une connaissance approfondie de la commande publique et de ses exigences.
- Une excellente compétence en analyse de données juridiques et en rédaction de notes de synthèse.
- La capacité à gérer des sinistres et à mettre en place des processus de résolution de litiges.
Des compétences exceptionnelles en coordination et communication interne
**Formation**:
- Diplôme Universitaire (DU) en Contract Management, ou équivalent.
- Formation juridique pertinente, y compris une maîtrise en droit des contrats internes.
