In this specific position, it will be important for you to have:

- At least 10 years of experience in SAP and 5 years in an international context.
- Excellent Knowledge in ITIL/ITSM Service Management (Incident Management, Service Request Catalog Management, Problem Management, Change Management,)
- Knowledge in Project Management
- Experience in working with offshore/remote teams and partners

**Also,** you have to demonstrate strong **interpersonal skills**:

- Strong organization and communication skills
- Strong documentation & presentation skills
- Teamplayer with excellent social skills and intellectual flexibility
- Understand and develop continuous improvement initiatives

Here are some more insights concerning your missions.
- Supervise and manage Support Services within the defined standards (Service level, quality, time, cost, etc.) and processes.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships and communication with: business organization, CIO / BRM, other IT departments, external partners.
- Ensure that the Release and Deployment process is followed in order to guarantee the ability of the provider to operate the support of new solution.
- By managing escalations, following operational crises and exceptional situations in collaboration with other IT departments.
- Within the ITIL / PM4IT framework ensure the implementation and communication of standard processes with our business organization, other IT departments and external partners.
- Ensure the continual improvement process. And be an ambassador of problem management and contribute to our continual improvement initiatives.

We are the EMEA SAP Service Delivery Team managing the support of 8 SAP ECC + 1 SAP SRM Platform for 12.500 users in 35 countries.

We do have 5 direct reports as SDM for Western Europe and 2 SDMs for Eastern Europe with a dotted line to me in the team where each SDM is managing his geographical scope as mentioned below in the org chart.

We are aiming for RUN Excellence and Continual Improvements based on our ITIL standard processes and supporting our Business Teams with a holistic and added value focused approach.

We are monitoring our operational KPIs where a high User Satisfaction is one of the most important and the communication to our IT and Business Stakeholders is key.

We are working with our offshore partner in India where we are usually organizing trips to India one/two times a year to maintain and improve the supplier relationship.
