**RMA SPECIALIST**

As a RMA specialist, you are responsible for performing tests on our products. You will likely involve the use of various tools and equipments. You will also include identifying problems, examining product defects, and creating detailed reports on each testing procedure.

As a RMA Specialist your main missions will be:

- Test products and product Integrity check
- Perform basic HW Failure analysis when requested
- Provides Hardware tech support to OPS EVAL and RMA Support
- Modify Region Code on FAP products
- Load Appropriate product OS image
- Load Bios when requested by RMA Support or TAC
- Prepare scripts to load appropriate Images and configuration files
