Within Corporate Human Resources department and reporting to the Group HRIS Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing HR related data to provide strategic insights that improve talent management, employee performance, and overall HR processes. You will work closely with HR teams and managers to turn data into actionable insights that support business decisions.

**Data Collection and Analysis & HR Reporting**:

- Gather, structure, and analyze HR data from various sources (HRIS, internal databases, etc.)
- Identify trends and patterns in HR data to help anticipate staffing needs, training needs, and more
- Create dashboards and regular reports on key HR performance indicators (KPIs) such as headcount evolution, recruitment KPIs and HR Core processes completion rates.
- Provide ad hoc analyses upon request from management or HR teams.

**Training & Support**:

- Train & support HR managers in their day-to-day use of HRIS tools.
- Contribute to development of HRIS community within the HR function.

**HR Process Optimization**:

- Analyze current HR processes and propose data-driven improvements to maximize efficiency.
- Contribute to the automation of repetitive HR tasks using analytical tools and software.

**Compliance and Data Security**:

- Ensure all data analyses comply with privacy regulations and data protection laws.
- Safeguard sensitive HR data during analysis and storage.

**Your profile**:

- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in HR data analysis or a similar role.
- Experience in an international and corporate environment
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, BI tools : Microstrategy or Power BI, etc.).
- Experience with HR information systems (Cornerstone would be an advantage) and HR databases
- Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into clear recommendations
- Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking
- Fluency in English is a must
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Initiative and autonomy
- High sense of confidentiality and professional ethics.
