Au sein de la Business Unit Logistique - TN International NPS - Customers and Strategy, Sales & Operations, le Strategy Manager est chargé de collecter des informations cruciales telles que les prévisions et études de marché, la veille concurrentielle, les sujets d’innovations et de diversification, etc, provenant de diverses sources internes et externes pour proposer les orientations stratégiques.

Activités principales:
1) Coordonnateur de la mise à jour du Plan d'Action Stratégique de la BU NPS, vous:

- Organisez la réunion de lancement, feuille de route et plan d’actions, réunions de suivi et coordination avec le Corporate.
- Mettez à jour les perspectives financières de la BU conjointement avec le département Finance,
- Coordonnez les demandes au niveau BU entre les différentes entités et consolidez les données ou informations,
- Êtes le point de contact avec le département Stratégie Corporate
- Préparez les supports de restitution

2) Coordonnateur des sujets Innovation Business avec le support du département Innovation Groupe, vous:

- Êtes l’interface BU NPS pour l’Innovation Groupe
- Faites vivre le portefeuille d’exploration de la BU
- Animez et coordonnez les sujets d’exploration avec l’aide des leaders
- Préparez et présentez les revues IB2 (x4 fois par an)

3) Vous réalisez des études de marchés pour la BU NPS.

4) Vous êtes Interface des demandes du département Stratégie Corporate et Support aux activités liés aux fusions-acquisitions.

5) Leader du processus de gestion des conférences, vous:

- Définissez la stratégie de la BUNPS vis à vis des conférences
- Organisez un comité des conférences
- Coordonnez la participation de la BU aux conférences majeures (PATRAM, WNE, )
