Sous la responsabilité du Chief Information Officer / Chief Product Officer, vous êtes en charge de l'infrastructure et des opérations informatiques (en tant que Head of IT Infrastructure & Operations):

- Gestion des services informatiques de l'ensemble du portefeuille global de BeeBryte
- Gestion du cycle de vie complet des solutions techniques et infrastructures

**Détails des missions**:
1. En tant que Responsable de l'infrastructure et des opérations informatiques pour l'ensemble du portefeuille de services informatiques de BeeBryte déployé à l'échelle mondiale (Europe / Asie), vos missions sont:

- Assurer la direction et la supervision des 4 membres de l'équipe (en croissance) des opérations informatiques et de l'équipe de l'infrastructure informatique.
- Gérer l'organisation du service et le structurer pour supporter le "Scale Up" de la société. L'équipe actuelle est basée à Lyon et à Singapour.
- Gérer le déploiement global des services informatiques (Cloud, Edge chez le client, On Premise) pour respecter les SLAs définis par le Business.
- Gérer un RUN de services IT avec une équipe Support L1/L2 (Service Delivery Manager / IT Support Engineer)
- Gérer une équipe BUILD L3 (Infrastructure Solution Managers / Infrastructure Expert Engineer) pour gérer la RoadMap.
- Gérer tous les fournisseurs (types de contrats : Body Leases / contrats à prix fixe / contrats de service).

2. En tant que manager des équipes Support L1/L2/L3 (Service Delivery Manager / IT Support L1 & L2 Engineer / L3 : Database admin, Cloud Engineer, Network & Security Engineer), vous avez pour mission de:

- Fournir une assistance technique et des conseils au Service Desk IT.
- Assurer la conformité avec le cadre ITIL de tous les services couvrant la gestion des demandes : incidents, problèmes et changements.
- Gérer le déploiement des Best Practices en matière de gestion des services informatiques
Vous participez directement à la gestion des incidents ou problèmes (quelle que soit la priorité) qui ont un impact sur le service et vous prenez en charge les incidents qui ne sont pas résolus en temps voulu.

3. Vous gérez le cycle de vie des services et solutions techniques et infrastructures:

- En collaboration avec Chief Technical Architect and Chief Information Officer, vous définissez la Roadmap pour les services d'infrastructure informatique / les solutions (Cloud / On Premise / Edge).
- Vous mettez en œuvre la Roadmap avec l’aide de vos équipes (interne et prestataires).

4. Vous gérez l'ensemble du Portfolio de services d'infrastructure (RUN) et la Roadmap associée pour la transformation (BUILD):

- Services informatiques (Workstations / OnPremise Server / Cloud server / Container)
- Services de sécurité réseau et périphérique (Switches, Firewall, VPN and Routers)
- Services de base de données (PostGreSQL, ElasticSearch)
- Gestion des Fournisseurs de services d’infrastructure Cloud (OVH Cloud / AWS)
- Services de gestion des identités et des accès (IPA, KeyCloak, Azure AD)
- Digital Workplace - Microsoft Office 365
- Outils (CI CD DevOps / Monitoring / CMDB / ITSM)
- ERP en SaaS (Axelor)
- CRM en SaaS (PipeDrive)
- ESM / ITSM / PPM en SaaS (Atlassian)

6. Vous gérer les fournisseurs et êtes Contract manager / Supplier manager pour le fournisseur d'infrastructure:

- Vous définissez l'étendue du service pour le contrat / Définition du catalogue de services
- Vous négociez les contrats (temps et matériel, contrats à prix fixe, contrats de service basés sur des SLAs).
- Vous définissez des stratégies d’externalisation pour les services à faible valeur ajoutée auprès de fournisseurs sur la base de contrats à prix fixes.

**Expérience**

Fonctionnelle:

- Au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans la gestion d'une équipe de taille similaire (une expérience dans une société Saas est un plus).
- 3 ans d'expérience dans le support infrastructure IT et le Service Delivery, de préférence au sein d'une organisation de taille moyenne.
- Bonne compréhension des Cloud, Server & desktop hardware/ operating systems, networks, firewalls and load balancers, telecoms, etc.
- Une approche approfondie et analytique avec la capacité d'anticiper les problèmes potentiels et d'identifier les axes d’amélioration.
- Une approche très fortement orientée client.
- Très bonne capacité pour prioriser et allouer les ressources/efforts de manière appropriée.
- Expérience de travail avec des fournisseurs de service tiers.
