Vous avez une expérience significative dans une maison de luxe ?

Vous êtes passionné(e) par l’expérience client ?

Vous êtes organisé(e), rigoureux(se) et vous êtes reconnu(e) pour vos qualités analytiques ?

Vous savez faire preuve d'initiative, de responsabilité et d'engagement au quotidien ?

Vous avez une vision à long terme et savez définir des plans d’actions.

Vous avez déjà manager une équipe et votre anglais est courant ?

**Qu’attendons-nous de vous ?**

Au quotidien vous travaillerez notamment à:

- La mise en œuvre des plans de recrutement et de fidélisation client.
- Utiliser la data pour réaliser des focus par segment et approfondir la connaissance client.
- Développer la clientèle locale high end en lien avec les boutiques.
- Garantir l’expérience client en boutique et le cérémonial de vente.
- Gérer les évènements, les VIP, la politique de giftings et les outils de satisfaction client
- Gérer un budget annuel et manager un collaborateur.
- Incarner les valeurs de la maison.
