**Client Development Project Manager **France (H/F)**
Poste en CDI basé à Paris, à pourvoir dès que possible.

Vous avez une première expérience réussie en CRM dans le secteur du Luxe ?
Vous êtes sensible à l’univers de la joaillerie horlogerie ?
Autonome et proactif(ve), vous êtes orienté(e) solutions ?
Vous êtes organisé(e), rigoureux(se) et avez le souci du détail ?
Vous êtes à l’aise avec les chiffres et avez un esprit analytique ?
Vous maitrisez Looker, SAP & BI et vous avez une forte capacité d’écoute et agissez avec pédagogie ?
Vous maîtrisez couramment l’anglais à l’oral comme à l’écrit ?

**Qu’attendons-nous de vous ?**
Au sein du marché France & Monaco, vous faites partie de l’équipe CRM rattachée à la Direction Retail.
Rattaché(e) au Client Manager, vous êtes le garant de la mise en place de la stratégie d’activation « 1 to 1 » et « 1 to many » et êtes responsable du reporting client du marché France et Monaco.
Pour les activations 1 to 1, vous êtes responsable de la création des campagnes dans Salesforce. Vous vous assurez de l’utilisation optimale des outils de clienteling en boutique.
Vous êtes responsable de la mesure de la performance de l’ensemble de ces actions et du calcul du ROI associé. Vous êtes également le garant de la connaissance détaillée des clients du marché et de la production de reporting client régulier, afin de construire ou adapter des plans d’action dédiés et des initiatives CRM.
Enfin, vous participez à des projets CRM et transverses en collaboration avec les équipes Marketing et Evénements, et vous concevez des plans d’action pour développer la clientèle locale.
