**Vos missions**:
Le Risk Management est une fonction dédiée à la gestion des risques et contrats des projets.
Vous intervenez en phase d’avant-vente sur les deals complexes, en lien avec les équipes Bid et Business Risk Management pour:
- Analyser les risques projet, définir les plans de mitigation et montants de provisions pour risques
- Renforcer la robustesse des contrats en interface avec les équipes juridiques et Commercial Contract Management
En phase d’exécution, en étroite collaboration avec les équipes Delivery, vous êtes notamment en charge de:
- Suivre la santé des projets de votre portefeuille de projets complexes à forte visibilité
- Gérer les risques, provisions pour risques, suivre / piloter les plans de mitigation
- Accompagner les projets en situation critique : Red / Amber, claims, recovery
- Pérenniser les contrats / avenants en interface avec les équipes juridiques et Commercial Contract Management
**Votre profil**:
- De formation Bac+5, vous justifiez de 10 ans d’expérience minimum dans le management de projets à engagement pour des clients grands comptes dans un ou plusieurs secteur(s) : aéronautique, énergie ou autres
- Anglais professionnel nécessaire
- Autonomie, rigueur, sens critique et proactivitéExcellent relationnel et bonnes capacités rédactionnelles- CAPGEMINI, entreprise handi accueillante, conformément à la norme AFNOR NF X50-783, est également signataire de la charte de la diversité en entreprise _
