Cmc Process Transfer Manager/director

Nous recherchons pour l’un de nos clients : une biotech un Manager / directeur de transfert de process (CMC).
Vos missions:
- Gérer le programme de transfert des différents processus pour la fabrication des substances et des produits pharmaceutiques afin de préparer la NDA et le lancement du produit.
- Recueillir, examiner et organiser tous les dossiers pour préparer le module 3 du CTD.
- Responsable de l'exécution de bout en bout du processus global de transfert de technologie - coordonner les projets de transfert entre les départements et entre les différentes parties prenantes externes (CDMO)
- Fournir une expertise technique sur la faisabilité du transfert au site cible
- Responsable de la révision/approbation de la documentation de base pour le transfert et la préparation des protocoles de transfert
- Vérifier la conformité de tous les documents BPF
- Coordonner et soutenir les sites de fabrication pour produire des lots d'essai et de validation et fournir un soutien à la production
- Définir les exigences pour les études de stabilité et revoir les résultats de stabilité - coordonner les créneaux de soumission avec toutes les filiales
- Fournir un soutien au lancement : coordonner les lancements sur le marché à partir du site suivant le transfert en coopération avec l'AQ, l'AR, les finances et le juridique. CMC-Réglementation
- Support à la préparation du Module 3 en accord avec les exigences réglementaires des pays ciblés Assurance qualité
- Support à l'assurance qualité pour la gestion des QTA / déviations - Support à la rédaction des SOPs
Vous avez au moins 8 ans d'expérience professionnelle dans l'industrie pharmaceutique ou biotechnologique liée aux BPF, une expérience dans le transfert technologique est un plus. Vous disposez d’une solide connaissance du développement de médicaments pour les substances médicamenteuses et les produits pharmaceutiques à petites molécules. Vous avez une solide connaissance pratique des opérations CMC. Vous disposez d’une réflexion stratégique avec de bonnes compétences en communication écrite et verbale. Enfin vous parlez anglais couramment.
