THE ROLE
Within the Logistics department, you will be in charge of the Agility plan to control and reduce logistics costs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Under the responsibility of the Logistics Manager - Imbalance & Cost Control, you will prepare the monthly global reporting of the results of the Logistics Agility plan that you will distribute to all logistics managers and General Managers.
You will identify and analyze areas of downward slides and alert operational managers (agents, RO, HO) about cost increases in order to implement concrete operational actions.
You also work in collaboration with the Agility, Terminal Purchasing, Cost Control, Intermodal, M&R and Digital departments.
You will follow up on certain actions carried out by the HO. You support digital projects within the Logistics department. You follow the deployment of these platforms, the developments of the IT teams and the profitability performances.
You carry out spot studies on the evolution of costs to the management, upon request.
PROFILE AND SKILLS
You have a Master's degree from a business school or engineering school and ideally have a first experience in the field of logistics, cost control and/or sales. You are perfectly at ease in English.
Your ability to analyze and synthesize as well as your critical mind will allow you to successfully carry out your missions. You have excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy taking on the challenges entrusted to you.
You are rigorous, reactive and autonomous.
