**Le poste**:
Nous sommes à la recherche d’un.e **Product Operations Analyst Intern** : au cœur de notre équipe Core Product, tu seras chargé.e de soutenir toute l’équipe dans ses besoins d’outils automatisés, d’analyses et de reporting. Tu seras au premier plan dans l'amélioration de nos capacités d'analyse et dans l’automatisation de nos processus internes

Ton travail permettra à l'équipe, à ses partenaires proches (par exemple l’équipe achat ) et à la direction de HelloFresh France d'identifier efficacement les opportunités de croissance et d'amélioration de notre produit (les kits de repas que nous envoyons à nos clients chaque semaine ). Il s'agit d'une occasion unique d'apprendre et d'acquérir de l'expérience au sein d'une entreprise en pleine croissance qui ouvre la voie dans le secteur alimentaire.

**Ce que tu feras**:

- Tu suivras la performance hebdomadaire des menus et des recettes, et mèneras des analyses sur la performance mensuelle/trimestrielle de ceux-ci
- Tu construiras et automatiseras des outils pour aider l’équipe à être plus efficient au quotidien dans sa prise de décision
- Tu dirigeras des projets de manière indépendante : tu t’entretiendras avec les différents clients internes, comprendras leur besoin, définiras des exigences claires pour des analyses ad hoc ou des besoins de dashboards/outils sur gsheet, et trouveras la bonne approche pour répondre à ces exigences
- Tu réuniras les conclusions de tes analyses et les présenteras aux différentes équipes en simplifiant les concepts techniques pour assurer leur compréhension par ton audience
- Tu contribueras à la maintenance et à la bonne santé de la base de données des recettes
- Tu étudies dans / es issu.e d’une top école d’ingénieur ou de commerce
- Tu as une précédente expérience en opérations/data analysis
- Une excellente maîtrise d’Excel/Ghseet et de SQL sont nécessaires, savoir utiliser Python est un plus
- Une connaissance de Tableau (créer et maintenir des dashboards) est un plus
- Tu as de solides compétences en résolution de problèmes qui t’aident à trouver efficacement la bonne approche pour relever n'importe quel défi lié à notre business
- Tu peux communiquer efficacement sur des sujets complexes et techniques à une audience senior
- Tu parles couramment français et maîtrises l’anglais à l’oral comme à l’écrit
- L'enthousiasme pour la nourriture et la foodtech est très apprécié
