**Description de la BU**:
S'appuyant sur plus de 40 années de savoir-faire, et les compétences de 3 500 collaborateurs à travers le monde, la Business Unit (BU) Fuel développe, conçoit, fabrique et commercialise des assemblages de combustible ainsi que des services associés au combustible, pour les centrales de production d'électricité de type réacteur à eau légère (REP pour les réacteurs à eau sous pression et REB pour les réacteurs à eau bouillante) et les réacteurs de recherche.
La BU Fuel est également en charge de l'élaboration du zirconium et de ses alliages et commercialise aussi des services d'ingénierie et des services sur site associés au combustible.

**Description de la mission**:
The Fuel Business Unit (BU) of Framatome offers innovative safe fuels with high performance to worldwide utility customers. The BU scope includes the design, development, manufacturing and commercialization of fuel assemblies and the associated technologies.

Within the BU, the mission of the Contracts & Services - European platform is to manage the customer contracts signed with European customers, with teams located in France and Germany.

Due to the development of its activities on the Eastern European market, the Fuel BU is looking for an experienced project manager, located in Lyon (France), to take in charge the execution of a multi-year fuel assembly supply contract.

He/She is responsible for the following:

- Acting as Project and Contract manager for a fuel assembly supply contract with the target to deliver products in the expected safety, quality, schedule and cost. The concerned fuel assembly contract is in the range of 100 to 500 M€
- This includes the coordination of the internal team contributing to the project, the management of the interface to the customer, the management of the interface to the manufacturing plant and to the main supplier(s)
- Managing the project schedule, with the support of the scheduling team
- Managing the corresponding risks and opportunities
- Reporting regularly the project progress to the stakeholders
- Contributing to the offer team in charge to win additional contracts
- Negotiating Variation Orders with the customer as needed

**Profil**:
Engineeer degree (or equivalent)

At least 5 years of experience in a project management function, within an international and industrial environment

Experience in contract negotiation

Fluent in english ; Slavic language skills would be a significant plus

Nuclear experience would be a plus

Leadership skills : team spirit, assertivity, autonomy, capacity to work in a complex international environment
