Descriptif du poste

Rattaché(e) au Directeur de Pôle, tu auras pour mission:

- Gestion, pilotage et réalisation des projets liés au domaine du Marketing Digital (CRM / Marketing Automation / Analytics / E-commerce / API), en garantissant la satisfaction client et le respect des délais et des budgets prévisionnels
- Développement de l'activité commerciale
- Détecter, négocier et conclure la vente de prestations de mise en œuvre de systèmes de gestion de Relation Client en collaboration avec les Managers et le Directeur de Pôle (RDVs clients, analyse des besoins, réponse à appel d offre, présentation des propositions commerciales, gestion des rebonds commerciaux ).
- Gestion de la relation avec les éditeurs leader du domaine
- Management des consultants affectés à ton équipe, pilotage de leur performance et accompagnement de leur évolution professionnelle. Suivi des missions des collaborateurs et des clients correspondants.
- Participation aux processus de recrutement des consultants
- Conseil et support en méthodologie projet auprès des équipes de consultants
- Contribution au développement de l'offre

Profil recherché
- Tu es diplômé(e) d'une Ecole de commerce ou d'Ingénieur (ou d un Master Universitaire Bac+5) et tu connais le domaine du Marketing Digital (CRM / Marketing Automation / Analytics / E-commerce).
- Tu justifies d'au moins 8 ans d expérience dans un cabinet de conseil / SSII spécialisée dans le domaine du Marketing Digital ou chez un annonceur où vous êtes intervenu(e) dans le cadre de projets Digitaux.
- Tu es expert.e ou connais l'une des solutions suivantes : Salesforce / Adobe Campaign / Marketing Cloud Salesforce / IBM Campaign / AEM / Selligent / Tyk
- Nous recherchons des personnes volontaires et dynamiques qui sauront relayer la vision Velvet auprès de nos clients.
