Sales Manager for Hygiene

**Job Location**: Remote - (Covering DACH Region + Europe)

**Salary**: Competitive Salary + 15% Annual bonus

Car allowance provided: 50% travel required.

**Key skill and experience requirements**:

- Biocide experience
- Advanced experience in Sales of specialty chemicals in need of explanation, value selling, biocides sales a plus
- Fast experience in sale of Hygiene products
- B2b sales experience
- Knowledge of end user experience
- Regional sales experience
- Account management experience
- Product end user experience
- Fast experience in sales, marketing, or technical service.
- Additional requirement - Fluent in French
- Achieve or exceed annual targets for net sales and gross margins for assigned accounts.
- Plan and implement account strategies, in cooperation with Marketing and Product Management
- Collaborate with Business Unit members to negotiate and establish price actions with customers, and manage commercial contracts based on strategic plan and market conditions.
- Continuously monitor, analyze, and report on a) Competition, b) New Opportunities in SFDC, c) Regulatory Environment
- Maintains a forecast of customer product requirements in the SAP system.
- Coordinate as necessary with overseas colleagues on multi-national accounts.
- Perform all work in a safe manner in accordance with internal quality and COSHH regulations, and that EHS initiatives are supported. Work, and encourage others to work, in a safe manner at all times.
- Overall responsible for the maintenance and development of business at assigned territory.
- Maintain and develop the Hygiene business in DACH Region and potentially additional countries. Responsible for implementing sales and marketing strategies.
- Key measurable include meeting/exceeding both sales revenue and margin targets.

**Education Requirements**

**Degree Required**: Bachelor of Science in a related technical or techno-commercial area with fast experience in sales, marketing, or technical service.

**Field of study**: Life Sciences, Chemistry, Engineering, Economics)

**Degree (preferred)**: MS/MBA Fast experience in with in sales, marketing, or technical service
